Adaptive Parts Environment (APE) will send you a warning message in some cases for more precision or stability in your Adaptive Block. In this article we will explain these cases in details.
Changing File Units
In case of changing the Rhino3D file units, Adaptive Parts Environment (APE) will send you a warning message through the User Interface to update your block's scale. For more details on how to use the Rhino3D command please check the article "Rhino Commands".
NOTE: You can always check the block's initial scale units from this section in our User Interface.
Working with C# Components
In case of using C# scripting components, Adaptive Parts Environment (APE) will send you a warning message through the User Interface. The warning depends on your settings:
- Execute scripting components enabled: Adaptive Parts Environment (APE) will ask you if you trust this component and its author or not before running it.
- Execute scripting components disabled: Adaptive Parts Environment (APE) will ask you to enable scripting components execution from user settings.
NOTE: You can always change your user settings later by using the settings button in the User Interface or using the Rhino3D settings and options. Please check "Settings and Options" article for more details.
